Thanks for booking a coaching session!

I’m thrilled that you’ve signed up for a one-on-one consultation session with me and I look forward to working with you. Here are a few more details about what to expect and how to prepare.

How It Works:

We will talk by phone for up to 45 minutes, and I will send you a follow-up email (included in the session price) containing a summary of what we discussed and personalized recommendations and resources based on the call.

If you wish, you may choose to book follow-up sessions.


Before We Talk:

If possible, please determine your current daily phone time. For iOS you can use Screen Time (if it doesn’t show up in Settings, it’s likely you’ll need to update its operating system); for Android, you can install their Digital Wellbeing app. Don’t worry if it seems slightly off—we’re just trying to get a rough baseline.

It’s also important to put some thought into what you want to accomplish in our time together. Some questions that can be useful to ask yourself include:

  • What do you love using your phone for? (We want to keep those parts!)

  • What do you do on your phone that feels like a drain on your time and energy? (I.e. which habits would you like to change/which activities would you like to minimize?)

  • What are you required to use your phone to do? (E.g. check work email, monitor social media, etc.)

  • What are two activities that you’d like to be spending more time and attention on? For example: reading, exercising, pursuing a hobby, spending time with friends or family.

  • How would you define success? In other words, what would need to change in order for you to feel like you had a healthy screen/life balance?


Cancelation Policy:

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance of our call with no penalty. (Use the link provided in your confirmation email.)

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

You can change your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Sessions changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as cancelations (if there are extenuating circumstances, please let us know).
